14-Day Return Window
We want you to adore your JECURA pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original pristine condition.
Items must be returned in their original JECURA packaging, including all gift boxes and protective pouches.

Refund Process 
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

A Gentle Warning
While we gladly offer returns, we must warn you: once you experience the weight, luster, and feel of JECURA on your skin, parting with it is almost impossible. Most of our clients don't return—they come back for more.
